Circa 1820. Similar to buildings on Rustall Common, Tunbridge Wells.
Perhaps designed by Decimus Burton or John Montier. Two storeys. Three
windows. Ashlar. Tiled roof. Casement windows. Two gables with elaborate
carved bargeboards, pendants and finials. Gabled porch.
