One of the ornamental cottages of the Eridge Castle Estate. Circa 1825.
Architect probably John Montier of Tunbridge Wells. Two storeys. Original
portion 2 windows. Faced with imitation timbering on a stone base. Tiled
roof. Casement windows. Two tiny gables and gabled porch. Late C19 addition
at north end of one window-bay, faced in painted brick with a gable over.
