Early C19. No 37 formerly the Carpenters (Surrey) Arms and retains skittle
alley at rear. 2 storeys and mansard. 1 sash window each. 1st floor slate
hung with flush framed windows and dividing brick pilaster strips. Ground
floor brick. Both are converted but retain former shop windows. No 39 has
glazing bars and blocked radiating fanlight to the door; also one dormer window.
Nos 37 to 51 (odd), Garden Walls to East of No 51 and Nos 30 to 36 (even) form
a group.
