C18; much lower frontage than to No 5. Old tiled gabled roof; 2 dormers.
Stack at either end. Brick dentilled cornice below eaves. Red brick. 5
window bays. Sash windows with flush boxes with flat arches; all glazing
bars intact; rubbed brick voussoirs. Doorway towards south end: 6 panelled
door in reveals; semi-circular fanlight with Gothic divisions; flat-arched
doorway. Doorcase with Doric pilasters triglyphs, and rectangular pediment
with modillions. Annexe of 2 storeys at south end with slightly higher
frontage. 1 window bay. Tiled gabled roof. Sash windows with flush boxes
in slightly segmental headings with brick voussoirs; all glazing bars intact.
Panelled door in reveals behind flat-arched brick doorway.
Nos 1 to 7 (consec) and No 9 form a group.
