Circa 1800. 2 storeyed building with wide front, built some feet forward
from terrace of houses Nos 204 to 208. Hipped slate roof with tiled
ridges; overhanging eaves. Western part; partly red brick and grey headers
alternately but in lower part, surface of brick rubbed away. Eastern
part of flint with galletted flint, red brick quoins and dressings. 4
small square openings with grilles before them on ground and 1st floors;
with brick dressings; upper openings in flat arches, lower openings in
segmental arches. Wooden boarded doors above ground level on 2 floors
at west end; sack hoist over; similar doorway in eastern part. At
extreme east end, upper floor wooden-boarded; lower floor has double
entrance doors.
