Built by John Lilliott, a carpenter. Date 1699 written on keystones
of the 4 ground floor windows. Steeply pitched tiled roof with stack
at either end. Large cornice with modillions and egg and dart moulding.
Red brick. 2 storeys. Stringcourse above ground floor windows. 5 bays.
4 windows on first and ground floors with keystones over and 1 blocked
centre window on 1st floor, also with keystone. Sash windows with flush
boxes; glazing bars intact. Doorway with Doric pilasters, entablature and
rectangular pediment; panelled reveals; door with 6 moulded panels, top 2
cut away and glazed; semi-circular fanlight over.
