Built in 1927. Unusually good example of an essay in an early C18 manner.
Three storeys. Five windows. Grey headers with red brick dressings,
quoins and cornice above the second floor. Panelled parapet. Stone
cornice above the first floor. Windows with glazing bars. Elaborate
doorway with scroll pediment and cartouche in this, rectangular fanlight
and 4 panel door.
