Cottage. C17 or earlier timber-framed building, restored and enlarged. The original
building has two storeys and three windows. The timbering with plaster infilling is
exposed in the west wall, but the building has been refronted with coursed Malmstone and flints with red brick dressings and quoins. Thatched roof with three "eyebrows"
which have been heightened in red brick. Casement windows. Modern additions to east and north-west.
