Thought to date from 1860, but a building of similar size shown on the site on Tithe Map
of 1843. Two storeys. Coursed Malmstone walls with galleting and brick dressings.
Pyramidal slate roof with slightly overhanging eaves, and with brick stack to right of
centre. Two bay NE elevation with cambered headed window openings with two-light casement windows, all with small panes, except for left hand ground floor window. Lean-to to two-light modern window above a modern brick porch in front of ledged door. Galleting also in rear wall.
