Former Goodwood Estate numbers. One building of the style known locally as
the Dukery style. Half H-plan. Mid C19. Two storeys. Four windows. Faced
with coursed flints with dressings, quoins and dripstones over the windows of
red brick and grey headers. Tiled roof. Casement windows. The end window
bays project with gables over.
