In origin possibly a stable for parishioners attending worship at the church
or a parish room. Early C19. Square building of one storey. Stone rubble
and red brick. Modillion eaves cornice of red brick. Hipped tiled roof. One
casement window with latticed panes on south front. One shuttered opening in
north front.
