Westhampnett Mill House

II

House, formerly mill house. Dated WKK 1772 with the initials P H on the principal elevation. Built of red brick in Flemish bond. Hipped old tiled roof modillion eaves cornice two storeys and attics two windows. Two flat roofed casement dormers. Two twelve pane sashes with cambered architraves to ground floor. Central first floor blank with black headers and datestone. Central blocked in doorcase with cambered head. Side elevation has five twelve pane sashes to first floor and ground floor has three canted bays with C20 doors. Six pane C20 door with glass panels and flat hood and brackets. 1970's brick extension to left.
