House. Built in 1805 by the Reverend John Sargent, who was Rector from 1805-1833.
L-shaped building faced with roughcast. Slate roof, north side stone slates.
Glazing bars intact. Segmental bay of two storeys on north side. Two storeys.
Four windows. The Reverend Henry Edward, later Archdeacon (and afterwards Cardinal)
Manning, when Curate of Graffham, lived here from 1831-3 with the Reverend John
Sargent, whose daughter Caroline he married.
