Originally the mill-house of Cockhaise Mill. C17 or earlier timber-framed building
with red brick infilling, refaced with red brick and grey headers. Tiled roof.
Casement windows with ornamental glazing. Modern bay window on ground floor and
modern porch. Massive stone stepped chimney breast with offsets and brick stack
at west end. Two storeys. Five windows.
