Pair of ornamental cottages in the same style as Leighwood. Early C19. Two
storeys and attic in gables. Four windows each. Stuccoed. Enriched stringcourse.
Casement windows with pointed Gothic panes. The roof of East Cottage is of stone
slates and of Farthings of fishscale slates. Two gables with scalloped bargeboards.
Two porches with similar bargeboards, flanked by narrow pointed windows.
