Sandstone ashlar with plinth; Welsh slate roof. Italianate style. 3 storeys, 5 bays.
Banded ground floor with late C19 entrances in outer bays;at left in recessed panel
containing small window in broken segmental pediment; at right in a moulded elliptical-
headed surround with pedimented carved keystone. 3 sash windows between. Giant Corin-
thian Order to upper floors. Alternately pedimented first floor windows, the outer
ones lugged: bracketed sills on second floor. All windows in architraves, with upper
glazing bars to sashes. First floor cill band. Top entablature and blocking course.
Hipped roof with corniced ashlar chimneys on bracketed splayed base.
