Town house with later shop. C18 or possibly earlier. Rendered
rubble; rag slate roof with window breaking eaves as raking
dormer on the left; shared rubble and brick stack on left,
truncated stack on right. Shallow-depth plan. 2 storeys;
2-window range. C20 two-light casement on left; late C19
four-pane horned sash on right. Ground floor has unequal late
C19 double shop front: projecting bay on the left possibly
older; other part with end pilasters; recessed shop doorway
with splay on the right is central to whole front; moulded
entablature with fascia. INTERIOR: not inspected.
