House. Mid - late C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate
roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays and 2 rooms deep. Quoins. Central door in sawn
stone surround with long and short quoins. Flanking 6-pane side-sliding
sashes in stone surrounds. Shaped kneelers, gable coping, end stacks.
Lean-to outbuilding attached to left. Rear: possible rear entrance blocked
by rubble walling; tall narrow window with transom to left and cross window
to right, both in stone surrounds. Interior not inspected.
