Railway underbridge to high level railway line. 1848; widened
to east side, c1870. Brick with riveted cast-iron decking and
girders. Abutments to west elevation curve outwards with stone
capping; cast iron decking, girders and parapet. East
elevation is lower, due to slope of ground, and has C20
parapet over girder with lettering: THOMAS PERRY AND SONS
HIGHFIELDS FOUNDRY 1848. Decking supported on jack arches.
