Chest tomb and attached railings. Benjamin Johnson died 183?, and other members
of the family. Stone. Simple Gothic style. Plain sides with inscriptions and
single blind lancet at each corner. Simple moulded plinth and cornice. Wrought
iron railings of javelin motif, with flaming urn finials at each corner.
Prominent position on approach to church, in close proximity to chest tomb with
carved reliefs of 1831 (q.v.). Included for group value.
