Farmhouse. Mid/late C17, altered mid C19. Timber framed with brick infill and
pebbledashed. C20 tile roof; brick internal and ridge stacks. T-plan. 2 storeys
and attic; 4-window range. 3 gables to front. Entrance in re-entrant angle has
6-panelled door inside mid C19 glazed porch with Gothic details and half-glazed
door. Mid C19 casements with many glazing bars. Fire window. Large ribbed
internal stack. Left return side has exposed framing with jowled posts, To rear:
Some exposed framing to ground floor and gable. C19 open verandah, Interior:
Exposed framing and chamfered ceiling beams. Open fireplaces in 2 rooms. A
fairly large example of timber framing which survives substantially intact.
