Stable, barn and attached cowhouses. C17/early C18. Timber framed with brick
infill and weather-boarding above. Lias and brick plinth. Old tile roof. L-pian.
2-bay stable and 5-bay barn in one build; 6-bay cow houses. Stable on left has
stable and hayloft doors. Barn has doors in second and fourth bays. Left and
right return sides have tension braces. Interior: Jowled posts. Queen strut
roof. Barn said to have retaining walls, but these were not visible at the time
of resurvey. Cowhouses, now loose boxes at right angles on right. Timber framed
with brick infill. Old tile roof. 6 bays. Front formerly open, now bricked and
boarded in. Stable doors. Weatherboarded end wall. Trenched purlin roof. Forms
part of an interesting group.
