Chest tomb. 1696. Carved ironstone. Moulded plinth and top and square corner
balusters. The long sides have one wide and 2 narrow fielded panels. The east
side has a skull with a swag and acanthus leaves. The west side has a similar
panel with a curly-haired head. Other inscriptions dated 1764 and William
Claridge 1812. Finely carved.
