Circa 1830 villa. 2 storeys partly colourwashed brick. Very low pitch hipped
slate roof. Apparently had a projecting right hand bay but the wall to left
brought forward flush viz set back roof line this side and leaded eaves 3
windows recessed sashes 4 panes wide on 1st floor. Ground floor has one
similar sash to left later marginal glazed sash off centre and marginal
glazed French window to right. Recessed 6-panel door. Good stone Ionic columned
porch, with wall pilasters, moulded bases and necking but volutes have blank
faces. Entablature with small dentils to cornice. The north east return front
has 2 sashes on 1st floor and 2 marginal glazed French windows on ground floor.
