Goddard estate. Coursed rubble, C20 interlocking tile roof. Stack
at right end, others removed. Flush hipped dormers. 1 storey and
attic. Timber casement windows with splayed stone lintels.
Fireplaces on rear wall, datestone over fire beam in left cottage.
