C18, altered mid-to-late C19. Two storeys with square hipped modern tile roof.
Painted rubble with ashlar quoins. Five windows on first floor, glazing bar
sashes with segmental heads. Two mid C19 ground floor bays with cross-glazed
sashes and central gabled porch. Side chimney. Lower 2 storey extension to
right.
Named after a Chapel of Ease of Cricklade St Sampson's (ruins of this structure
said to be incorporated in farmyard to south).
