Badminton Estate Cottage. Probably 1748-56 by Thomas Wright for
the 4th Duke of Beaufort. Coursed rubble rendered with stone sills
and stone slate roof with end stone stacks. Two-storey, 2-window
south front with canted bay to ground floor left-hand with leaded
lattice glazing; similar glazing to right-hand flush window.
Upper windows in gables through eaves line: lattice glazed
casements. Central lean-to porch with stone slate roof and plank
door. Two gabled outshuts to east and west ends.
