Detached house. Late C18. Render with stone sills and keystones
and gabled stone slate roof with 2 stone stacks. L-shaped plan.
Two-storey, 4-window west front. All windows are 16-pane sashes
except ground floor window to right which is a fixed light;
blocked window to upper floor third from left. Raised keystones to
all windows. Doorway off-set to right with flat hood on brackets
and 6-panel door. The house occupies an important site at the
entrance to the village.
