Barn and attached loose box range and shelter building. C17 barn
of squared and coursed rubble with stone slate to steeply pitched
gabled roof. Garden front has central full-height midstrey with
hipped roof and blocked entrance with plank door below. Later
lean-to outshut to right-hand, 1923 gabled stable extension to
left-hand with loft opening under bracketed hood at gable apex and
two 3-light casements below. Roadside facade has double gates to
centre and 2 gabled loft dormers with plank doors. Loose box range
to left-hand of rubble with stone slate roof. Four circular piers
to entrances and plank gates. Shelter building to right-hand has
rubble rear wall to road and stone slate roof supported on 3
circular stone piers. Interior. Barn has a through-purlin roof
structure with arched braces to collar beams. Shelter building has
a simple butt-purlin roof with much renewal of timbers.
