Group of 5 cottages, now 3 cottages, 1605 and later. Two parallel
blocks with linking block forming Z plan. To rear, Packhorse
Corner, formerly Nos. 2-4. Timber framed with thatched roof. Nos.
5 and 6 now against road, colourwashed limestone with brick
quoining and thatched roofs. All 1 storey and attics. C20 doors
under thatched open porches. Timber casement windows. Thatch
swept over 8 dormers and hipped at ends. No. 6 formerly housed a
smithy.
