9/1 Lower Ham Farmhouse
II
Farmhouse, now flats. C17-C18. Brick ground floor, timber framing
with rendered infill panels above. Concrete stone slates. L-plan,
2-storey, with recent added wing to left and lean-to's. Diaper
Flemish bond ground floor brickwork, square framing 3-panels high
to upper floor with heavy straight corner braces. Later C20
casement and bow windows. Dormers.
