GV II
House, 1706, altered early C19 and C20. Rubble stone with ashlar
dressings and hipped stone slate roof with clustered 4-shaft brick
stack each end of ridge. Two storeys, 5-window range of 16-pane
sashes in flush surrounds, two dripcourses and parapet with corner
urns. Matching early C20 porch bay in fourth bay with 16-pane sash
over door with hood on brackets. West end has curved single storey
addition. Rear roof slope is to steeper pitch and rear has no
parapet. Two added projecting square bays to left, 2-window range
to right. First floor 2-light mullion windows, ground floor 16-
pane sashes. Date plaque IR 1706. Cottage range attached at south
east angle, with roof half-hipped at south end.
