Village pound. Probably C19, repaired 1987. Limestone drystone walling.
Rectangular enclosure in drystone wall to west of A429 road c 750 metres north
of village; wall rises c 1.5 metres generally to drystone on-edge coping and
has plain opening at south-east corner. The whole lies below the level of the
road, formerly much overgrown and damaged but now (March 1988) complete. Of
historical interest to the village.
