Farmhouse, now detached house. Mid C17, restored C20. Rubble
stone, stone slate roof with stone stacks. Rambling L-plan. Two-
storey with attic, 4-window north front. Gabled C20 porch to left
of centre with C20 inner door, two 2-light recessed chamfered
mullioned casements with hoodmoulds to right and single-light with
hoodmould to left. First floor has four recessed chamfered
mullioned casements, right hand two bays separated by straight
joint. Hipped attic dormer with C20 casement. Cross wing to left
has 2-light mullioned casements with hoodmould to ground, first and
attic floors. Right return of main range has C20 mullioned
casements. Rear has planked door in chamfered surround with
hoodmould, 2-light mullioned casements either side and two 2-light
mullioned casements to first floor, two hipped attic dormers. Wing
projecting to rear left has planked door and C20 leaded casements,
attached C20 single-storey extensions. Interior altered since
restoration, but retains chamfered beams with jewel stops, open
fireplaces.
