Early C19. 2 storeys, coursed and dressed rubble. Slate roofs. Irregular plan
with extension leading to small warehouse on canal side, 1 window projection to
south has corner bands, band over ground floor and hipped roof. Glazing bar sash
windows on 1st floor, altered, some casements on ground floor. Porch in east front.
Nos 2, 4 and Nos 1 and 3 form a group with the Kings Arms, Wyke Road.
