(Circa 1840). Originally stable buildings belonging to Chipstead Place. Symmetrical
elevation of red brick with stucco band and plinth facing East. 2 storeys.
Centre wide gable end with flat projecting eaves and brackets. Centre projecting
stucco porch with horizontal rustication lines. Side wings of 2 storeys with
parapet and flat roof. Sash windows in recessed frames with bars intact and
painted reveals. Ground floor windows and door under round-headed arches.
