brick with roughcast side elevation. Half-hipped tiled roof. 2
storeys 3 windows. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 3 sashes
with verticals, horns and shutters. Central doorcase with
semi-circular fanlight and 6-flush-panelled door. Set back
wing roughcast with 1 16-pane sash.
